Buying an 8oz piece of salmon tonight and cooking up that with some sauteed broccoli & onions. Throwing a honey glaze over the salmon, and voila! Dinner AND Leftovers for lunch tomorrow!!!
I’ve lost a few pounds!
I’ve worked out 5 days out of the last 7! Been eating clean (but still yummy) everyday :)
Today I have a sweet kale salad with brussel sprouts & red cabbage with a greek dressing, some cucumber sticks, and a couple of mandarin oranges. & endless cups of my favorite tea; Currant Affair! Made of blackcurrents & blackberries. SO good.
I can’t wait to get to the gym tonight! I have 15 more days to tone up before christmas and then reward myself with cheat meals of christmas dinners. :3 I can’t wait!
I’ll be the perfect size to fit into the hip-hugging vintage christmas dress I bought!
