My Lunch today!
Raspberries, Blueberries, Green Pepper strips, Swiss Cheese, Tomato Slices, and Cranberry-Almond crackers! :D
Today for work I packed a healthy lunch (as usual) but a bit different today;
Bit high in calories, resulting to about 600 cals total, but that’s okay because i’ll burn it all off at the gym tonight :p
Last night I did 9k ! It was a really great workout last night. As always, I went with roo! Tonight we’re going again. :)
We’re changing our sched up next week!
It’ll be as follows;
MONDAY - 20 - 30min machine, Yoga @ 7:30pm
TUESDAY- Rest Day
WEDNESDAY - Zumba @ 6:40pm
THURSDAY - Intense Cardio day 1h. (Elliptical & Treadmill)
FRIDAY - Zumba @6pm
SATURDAY - Choice day. Whatever fits in sched. Maybe Rest day.
SUNDAY - Zumba @ 5:15pm
I think if we do yoga once a week it will really improve our flexibility. I think we need a little variety in our schedule anyways!
Plus I miss Yoga, and it’s low-intensity. We’ll probably make ourselves less sick with a little variety. We tend to over-work ourselves OFTEN.

My weekend was eventful, to say the least.
I went to Zumba friday, and then I got way too drunk Friday night with not enough to eat and made an absolute fool of myself.
Saturday was the worst hangover of my life. (BUT I STILL DID ZUMBA)
Saturday night I went over to a friends and chilled and watched movies and played cards against humanity and didn’t go to bed.
Sunday I came home and made my boyfriend breaky before work, and then slept all day. Dad came home with Pineapple, Kale, ground turkey meat, bok choy and a whole bunch of other fruit/veggies so that was exciting! I can’t wait to cut into that pineapple! nomnomnom.
and I did circuits on sunday :)
Today I work all day and then plan on doing 5-6k tonight and some squats! Gotta get dem squats in errday ! :)
Yesterday after work I met up with Tay and we worked out!
We did so bad ass!!!
30 min on the Elliptical, then 30 min on the bike.
In total I burned 480 calories. c: not bad considering I didn’t do much on the bike other than talk and laugh with tay ! LOL.
I might treat myself to a starbucks today since I don’t have much for lunch and I have to skytrain home! + I’m going to workout with Tay again tonight ^-^ I can’t wait! I love love loveee working out with her, it’s so fun!!
